Vợ Chủ tịch Khải Hoàn Land (KHG) cho biết công ty chứng khoán đã cắt tỷ lệ margin đột ngột và không hề thông báo theo quy định của hợp đồng vay cá nhân. Bà Trần Thị Thu Hương, vợ ông Nguyễn Khải Hoàn, Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Tập đoàn Khải Hoàn Land (HOSE: KHG) vừa báo cáo đã bị bán giải chấp hơn 3,5 triệu cổ phiếu trong ngày 21/11.

Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của bà Hương tại Khải Hoàn Land giảm về mức 12,88% vốn, tương ứng hơn 57 triệu cổ phiếu KHG.

Trong thông tin công bố, bà Hương cho biết công ty chứng khoán đã cắt tỷ lệ margin đột ngột và không hề thông báo theo quy định của hợp đồng vay cá nhân.

Cụ thể, công ty chứng khoán tự ý bán cổ phiếu mà không thông báo về thời gian bán cũng như không cho thời gian bổ sung tài sản đảm bảo. Khi tài khoản bị bán, bà Hương cho biết đã liên hệ ngay với công ty chứng khoán và chủ động nộp tiền bổ sung để ngưng việc bán giải chấp trong ngày.

Trước đó, CTCP Chứng Khoán Mirae Asset (Việt Nam) có thông báo bán giải chấp 4,8 triệu cổ phiếu KHG của bà Hương kể từ ngày 21/11 đến khi đảm bảo đủ tỷ lệ theo quy định về giao dịch ký quỹ.

Việc bán giải chấp có thể không được thực hiện theo quyết định của MAS (HN:MAS) mà không có thông báo ra công chúng nếu giá thị trường của tài sản đảm bảo thay đổi hoặc chủ tài khoản bổ sung tài sản đảm bảo đủ tỷ lệ theo quy định về giao dịch ký quỹ.

Số lượng chứng khoán dự kiến bán giải chấp là ước tính tại thời điểm công bố thông tin, số lượng chứng khoán bán thực tế có thể ít hơn hoặc nhiều hơn do thay đổi giá thị trường làm thay đổi giá trị tài sản đảm bảo.
