Từ ngày 27/10 – 9/11, Thiên Tân đã bị các công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp tổng cộng 13,38 triệu cổ phiếu DIG (HM:DIG). CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Thiên Tân thông báo đã bán 877.400 cổ phiếu DIG của Tổng CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Xây dựng - DIC Corp (HOSE: DIG) vào ngày 11/1.

Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của Thiên Tân tại DIG hạ xuống còn 10,92% vốn điều lệ, tương ứng 66,62 triệu cổ phần.

Trước đó, hồi cuối tháng 11/2022, Thiên Tân cũng đã bán ra 8,3 triệu cổ phiếu DIG. Từ ngày 27/10 – 9/11, Thiên Tân đã bị các công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp tổng cộng 13,38 triệu cổ phiếu DIG.

Ngược chiều, bà Hà Thị Thanh Châu, em dâu ông Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn đăng ký bán 250.000 cổ phiếu DIG từ ngày 19/1 – 17/02. Nếu giao dịch thành công, lượng nắm giữ của bà Châu tại DIG sẽ giảm xuống còn 89.200 cổ phiếu, tương đương 0,01% vốn điều lệ.

Đóng cửa phiên 16/1, DIG giảm 2,3% xuống 14.900 đồng/cp, tương ứng giảm 87% so với mức đỉnh hồi cuối tháng 3/2022.
