Ngày 9.1, tại hội nghị tổng kết công tác thuế năm 2022 và triển khai nhiệm vụ năm 2023, Cục Thuế TP.HCM công bố danh sách hàng loạt doanh nghiệp nợ thuế lên đến 43.918 tỉ đồng.

Tổng số nợ thuế này tính đến 30.11.2022 là 43.918 tỉ đồng, tăng 4.622 tỉ đồng, tương ứng 11,76% so với cuối năm 2021. Nguyên nhân gây ra tăng nợ thuế liên quan đến tiền nợ thuế của 2 doanh nghiệp đang khiếu nại tiền thuê đất, tiền sử dụng đất khu đất Thủ Thiêm 8.774 tỉ đồng, trong đó Công ty Thế kỷ 21 nợ 6.098 tỉ đồng, Công ty Thuận Việt nợ 2.676 tỉ đồng.

Ngoài ra, một số doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn có số nợ thuế lớn như: Công ty Golden Hill (Q.1) nợ 645 tỉ đồng, Thảo Cầm viên Sài Gòn (Q.1) nợ 287 tỉ đồng, khách sạn Tân Hoàng Minh (Q.1) nợ 160 tỉ đồng, Công ty Hưng Thịnh Land (Q.3) nợ 351 tỉ đồng, Tập đoàn Hưng Thịnh (Q.3) nợ 116 tỉ đồng, UBND phường 5 (Q.3) nợ 179 tỉ đồng, Tập đoàn Đất Xanh (HM:DXG) (Bình Thạnh) nợ 185 tỉ đồng, Công ty Phát triển và Kinh doanh Nhà (TP.Thủ Đức) nợ 442 tỉ đồng, Công ty Quốc Lộc Phát (TP.THủ Đức) nợ 147 tỉ đồng, Tổng công ty Đầu tư Phát triển Nhà và Đô thị (TP.Thủ Đức) nợ 106 tỉ đồng.

Tính đến cuối tháng 11.2022, cơ quan thuế đã ban hành 89.900 quyết định cưỡng chế thu nợ thuế, tương ứng 181.376 tỉ đồng. So với cùng kỳ năm ngoái tăng 41% về số quyết định cưỡng chế thuế và tăng 149% về tiền thuế nợ. Cục Thuế TP.HCM đã thực hiện các biện pháp đôn đốc thu nợ và cưỡng chế thuế cũng như xử lý, thu hồi 26.075 tỉ đồng, bằng 130% so với cùng kỳ. Trong đó thu nợ từ năm 2021 chuyển sang 7.718 tỉ đồng, đạt 172% so với cùng kỳ; thu nợ mới phát sinh trong năm 2022 là 18.357 tỉ đồng, đạt 118% so với cùng kỳ.

Trong năm 2022, số thu ngân sách trên địa bàn thành phố ước thực hiện 319.500 tỉ đồng, đạt 118,3% dự toán pháp lệnh năm 2022, tăng 17,2% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021. Trong đó, thu nội địa (trừ dầu thô, xổ số, tiền sử dụng đất) ước thực hiện 270.650 tỉ đồng.
